Arrow Express is looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team and manage the flow of goods end-to-end.

What are we looking for:

• Coordinate and track domestic and international shipments.
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms and import/export regulations.
• Prepare shipping documents: B/L, commercial invoices, packing lists.
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with warehouse teams.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies and update stakeholders.
